How to lose weight fast


We've noticed so many people are interested in finding out the fastest ways to lose weight. It can be difficult spending every day eating carefully or finding the time and energy to exercise often. However there are some simple but effective daily steps you can take to ensure you are staying on track and pursuing the target you have set yourself.

1 - Stay Hydrated

Ensure you drink enough fluids every day. We recommend drinking at least 2 litres of water each day. Water naturally has lots of benefits such as suppressing your appetite (Yes - so many people think they are hungry when they are actually thirsty!) Also it keeps you hydrated to avoid health problems and there are other benefits like flushing out toxins and helping improve your skin complexion.

2 - Walk Faster

When you are out and about on foot we recommend speeding it up as it is known to be better exercise when the walk is of a faster pace. The faster you walk the more calories you can burn opposed to walking slower for the same length of time.

3 - A good nights sleep

Never underestimate the importance of at least 6 hours sleep per day. A good nights sleep helps you remain focused and not be sluggish day to day. It also allows your mind and body to function better.

4 - Cut down snacking

Ask yourself a question, do you snack a lot? We've found that snacking actually makes you crave more snacks which then ends up being several snacks per day. Trial a week with reduced snacks or less sugary snacks and after around a week of doing this the cravings to snack will reduce massively. It's all about willpower and the mind!

5 - Watch your diet

Of course one of the most important factors of losing weight is to watch what you consume each day. Some people like to calorie count or follow diet/meal plans or even weight loss plans such as slimming clubs. 6 - Cook at home more

Cooking at home allows you to have full control over your entire meal. Everything from the cooking oil (we recommend low calorie cooking spray) The ability to make a low sugar drink or glass of water without feeling bad for ordering a glass of water. And most importantly you will be able to stick to your structured plan and save lots more money.

7 - Set yourself realistic goals

Setting targets and goals are good because it allows you to measure how far you have come and how far you have to go to get where you want to. 
Be realistic with the targets you set as it can be demotivating if you are so far away from your target. It is better and more productive to set a realistic target and achieve it and then set another target.
