As you can probably tell by now I am a huge fan of all things Skinny Caffe.

I Love all of the products and drink the Skinny Tea, Skinny Coffee and Skinny Hot Chocolate every day.

I have said this before but they really are amazing for reducing that bloat, boosting metabolism and curbing my craving to snack on naughty foods.

As The Skinny Caffe mention on their website all of their products are design to be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.

 

I do get asked quite a lot about my exercise routine so though I would share it with you.

I will be honest I don't sweat away for hours on end in the gym and until recently the only exercise I did was walking and tracking my steps.

I aim to walk at least 10,000 steps every day. I track my steps using my apple watch and the activity app. Before I got my apple watch I used to track my steps on my I phone with an app called pacer. Tracking your steps really does make you more conscious if how much you walk and definitely helped me to increase my walking and become more active. Walking up the stairs instead of taking the lift, walking the dog that little bit further. It all adds up and makes a difference.

Just over a month ago I decided to start running. I wanted to try incorporate more exercise in to my routine other than just walking.

Like I say its early days and I am very much a beginner but I am loving it so far.

I try to run 2-3 mornings a week and always enjoy my Skinny Caffe Skinny Coffee before I set off on my run to give me that boost of energy I need first thing in a morning.

I track my runs using my apple watch and the workout app. If you don't have an apple watch there are tons of apps you can download to help you track your run, pace etc.

My biggest advice if you are wanting to start running if to just get out there and give it a good go. Depending on your fitness level you can use the couch to 5k or couch to 10k to help to build yourself up to being able to run further. Running is a great way to be more active and feels amazing when you have finished your run.
