Why did we launch Slimming Diaries?
The importance of tracking your food intake, water intake and exercise is very important as is tracking your progress and setting targets. Therefore we wanted to simplify this for you and put together these journals so you can keep an eye on your progress and easily manage your daily food/drink intake whilst reminding yourself of what you have eaten so you can stay on track!
